Yes, memberships require a 90-day initial commitment (3 monthly payments).
After that, you can cancel at any time with appropriate notice. -
Yes! Each month, you can choose any service from your membership tier's available options.

Payments are automatically processed monthly on the day you initially signed up.
For example, if you join on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Services roll over and accumulate for future use.
You won't lose the value of your membership if you need to skip a month.
Please note, roll-over services expire after 90 days. -
Yes, you can freeze your membership for 1-3 months, up to twice per year while maintaining your member status.
Membership benefits, however, cannot be used during a pause (this includes service and retail discounts). -
If you cancel your membership, you have 90 days from your last payment to use any remaining accumulated services.
If you have roll-over services from a previous month, you have 90 days from the original payment to use any rollover services. -
No, memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
